Terms and Conditions

Our company is committed to providing quality plumbing and heating services by adhering to all applicable local codes and industry standards, prioritizing customer safety and satisfaction.

A standard service call fee will apply for all plumbing, heating and cooling service calls, including diagnostics.

Customers are responsible for providing clear access to plumbing and heating systems for inspection and repairs.

Customers should notify us immediately of any potential plumbing or heating issues or leaks.

Bayside Plumbing and Heating guarantees each project one year from the date of completion.

Warranty does apply to issues with homeowner provided fixtures and appliances. Bayside is not responsible for pre-existing defects in water, heating or cooling systems.

Warranty does not apply to unusual use as stated below:

• Use of heating and cooling system during construction
• Homeowner repairs, including removal and relocation.
• Damage caused by sediment and low PH in the water supply to appliances and fixtures.

Homeowner reponsible for all reinspection fees due to faulty homeowner supplied appliances and fixtures.

All homeowner supplied fixtures and appliances must have a Massachusetts Approval Number(all appliances and fixtures bought in MA from a reputable dealer are MA approved).

Condominium and HOA property owners are required to get all applicable condominium board approvals necessary prior to scheduling any work. Labor and material fees apply to any changes/ addtions required by condominium board after installation.

Homeowner must obtain approvals from any applicable town or state authorities having jurisdiction when applicable.

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
